Appearances can be deceiving. To look at Amanda Sobey today, surrounded by gym equipment and the picture of health, you'd never know she once had to crawl to the bathroom and was bedridden for an extended period of time.
After receiving her lymphedema diagnosis, she found her way back to health step by step starting with two basics: hydration and movement. At one time, walking down her driveway and back was a milestone. Now, she is a personal trainer with clients from around the world who appreciate her insights on nutrition, training, and self-care.
